With the TankMaster L-1500, WOMA is extending its well established tank interior cleaning system with a middle class model. It has excellent performance parameters (up to 1,500 bar and up to 400 l/min volume flow), low weight (25 kg) and a compact construction style (very small access opening 185 mm).
The new TankMaster is designed for interior cleaning of larger tanks and containers, for example, large autoclaves in the chemical and bauxite industry. If the machine is combined with a guide carriage, thick encrustations in larger pipes can also be removed.
In order to achieve a good spray pattern and uniform cleaning result, for the TankMaster L-1500 Woma has used the tried-and-tested product family gearbox design. Flow-optimised rotors additionally ensure a very good water flow and highly effective cleaning. A new feature of the TankMaster L-1500 is speed control using a wear-resistant eddy-current brake, which can be adjusted in ten stages and makes it easier for operators to select the right setting for repetitive cleaning tasks.
High-quality sealing systems, hardened gears, casing and high-pressure parts of high-strength stainless steel as well as the cast iron versions of the rotors, reflect the high quality of workmanship of the entire TankMaster product range. This ensures a long service life. In addition, extensive accessories are available in order to adapt the systems to different shapes, sizes and components of containers and tanks. These include, for example, positioning devices, various hose connections and rotors, stabilising and extension tubes as well as stop and rotor protection.
In addition to the new TankMaster L-1500, the TankMaster SL-1500 (1,500 bar, 200 l/min) as well as a rental version of the TankMaster XXL-1500 (1,500 bar, 600 l/min) are also available.
